Today we visited the excavations of the city of Ostia. The detailed mosaics were extremely well intact as well as Ostia's theatre. Built by Agrippa and enlarged by Septimus Serverus in the 2nd century, this theatre has two tiers of seats divided by stairways into five cunei. After visiting the Museo Osinese we stopped for a bite at the sites cafeteria.

After visiting Ostia Antica we headed to Lido Beach for the rest of the afternoon. The beach was much nicer than we expected! After that we went to dinner at Campo de Fiori and later went to the nightclubs 18/18 and Bloom.
